All of the classes can be done at any time meaning you can fit them in around your schedule.
The Yoga and Chill Gentle plan is suitable for Beginners, simply select the 'Gentle' option when choosing your programme. The first 15 sign ups will also receive the Yoga Made Simple Beginners guide with How to Tutorials and Beginner Classes (Usually £25).
This plan has been created to help build your confidence, working on your self belief in a supportive community where there is no judgement, just love and guidance.
Yoga builds strength and flexibility helping you to tone the body. There is also now a 'Tone' option which helps you build strength and of course, tone! Alongside your plan we will also create a workout plan to help you find an exercise routine you not only enjoy but can create some long lasting results to!
