Hi Everyone,
My name is Marcella and I teach Vinyasa Flow Yoga (including Prenatal) as well as Barre (Ballet Fit)
Each one of my yoga classes differs from the other and is themed with the elements, Earth, Water, Fire and Air using the Fringe.Yoga method.
I believe so deeply that yoga can be for everyone! Whether you’re a gym fanatic, a runner, a weight lifter or a mum needing time to escape and unwind. The benefits of yoga go beyond just increasing flexibility.
Yoga is being used to help athletes improve their mobility in their sports. It is being used to help office workers improve posture in the workplace. It is being used to de-stress and combat mental health issues such as anxiety and depression. It is being used by people of all different sizes, shapes and cultures and even you can be doing it too.
That is why I’m so passionate about making yoga available to as many people across the globe as possible, whether it’s online or on your mat, I’m here to support you through your journey.

Marcella changes each class to keep in interesting but concentrates on similar moves to keep stretching, toning and challenging the same areas. I have noticed a huge improvement in my flexibility since starting with her 5/6 months ago. Classes are great for beginners and experienced. I highly recommend and love going each week.
I am a complete novice and also suffer with a spinal condition, however, Marcella was able to tailor a session with this in mind and I finished it feeling amazing! So good that I booked another one-one session straight away and am also joining her weekly class. Couldn't recommend enough!
Marcella creates a lovely safe space and makes everyone feel welcome. It doesn't matter your ability Marcella makes it work for you!
Barre helps strengthen and tone your muscles without increasing bulk, and it improves your posture. It also increases cardiovascular endurance and metabolism, which helps to quickly burn calories. Regular barre workouts can increase your bone density, which can help prevent conditions like osteoporosis .
